Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

We care about the appearance and safety of all City properties. The Code Enforcement Division aims to protect the health, safety, and welfare of all Rhinelander residents through the preservation and improvement of the housing stock by assuring safe, decent, and sanitary housing while conserving the integrity of our neighborhoods.

As part of the City's blight elimination initiative, we have been identifying properties that violate the City's Code of Ordinance in order to bring them into compliance.

We encourage property owners and renters to keep up with the appearance of their properties, and to report problems that are not addressed in a timely manner.
