Water and Wastewater Rates
NOTICE
This past summer the City requested a water utility rate study be done by Ehlers Inc. The Ehler's Utility Rate Study was presented to City Council on 11-13-23. This meeting can be viewed at HodagTV.
Per the recommendation of the Ehler's Utility Rate Study, on November 27, 2023, Rhinelander City Council adjusted the wastewater and stormwater rates for 2024-2029. These rates are effective Jan 2024.

At the same meeting on November 27, 2023, Rhinelander City Council approved Resolution 2023-146 to authorize the application to the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin for a water utility rate increase. This rate increase was approved Jan 31, 2024 and will go into effect April 2024.
