Services - The City Attorney prosecutes municipal citations, and represents the City in any court action.  The Attorney also provides legal advice to City officials and departments.

Duties - The City Attorney is responsible for the legal work of the City of Rhinelander, under the direction of the City Administrator.  Duties include representation of the City in court for general and special legal matters, and the prosecution of municipal ordinance violations.
