This policy provides expectations of proper and appropriate use of computers, e-mail, phones, cell-phones, voice mail, Internet and Social Media Platforms, etc. for city employees.  It also provides guidelines to ensure security and confidentiality with information and passwords and outlines prohibited activities.  This form is required to be reviewed, provided and signed by any employee provided computer access to our systems, e-mail accounts or assigned a City phone/cell phone.

EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE POLICY
This procedure and policy provides the proper steps for a City employee to file a grievance for issues concerning workplace safety, discipline, and/or termination.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
This policy walks through general information, requirements and expectations, security, monthly statement responsibilities, and process to return a City credit card upon separation.  This form should be reviewed, provided, and signed by any individual who has been approved to be provided with a City credit card.
